What this is
A small circle of people I can call when a decision is bigger than my experience: pricing a pilot, structuring a partnership, choosing which project earns the next six months.
Why it matters
A solo foundry has no boardroom. The failure mode isn’t bad ideas; it’s unexamined ones. A few sharp outside perspectives, applied at the right moments, compound enormously.
Who would be a good fit
Operators who’ve taken products from zero to real traction, people with deep domain knowledge in an area the board touches, or anyone who enjoys the earliest, messiest stage, and likes the “public search” ethos of this site.
What we would explore first
One conversation about the current priority list. If it’s energizing on both sides, we make it a rhythm. Formal advisor structures (or not) can come later.
