I'm Moe Shallouf, a builder and problem solver who lives at the intersection of technology, product, and the client. I've spent most of my career in cleantech and now work in robotics, building intelligent spatial digital twins. Venter is where everything else I can't stop thinking about gets built.

Why Venter exists

I've always been a dreamer. I have a decade of notebooks littered with product and venture ideas, and for most of that decade the limitation was my own technical foundation. That limitation is gone. Now an idea can become a testable MVP, put in front of a real client, and validated (or honestly retired).

Right now I'm deep in the building-and-experimenting phase. The ideas span different domains, but the thread is constant: products that solve real problems for real people. When one validates, the plan is simple: grow it with a real team.

How I think about projects

Every project on the board is honest about where it stands, from seedling to live to archived. Stages change as evidence comes in, and archived projects stay public as learning artifacts.

The real signal is a client who wants to work with you on something early, even an MVP, simply because the problem it solves is that real for them.

That's the test everything here is racing toward. Not polish, not features: pull.

My job on any team is removing whatever is in the way: decisions, ambiguity, missing context, stuck deals.

Chief of sales

Intuitive product sense, checked against data and metrics. Then I go into the market and get the deals.

Where this goes

Two futures I'd be happy with. One project takes off and Venter becomes its foundry, the umbrella that birthed it and keeps probing for the next one. Or the portfolio matures into an organization where others lead the individual ventures and I hold the connective role: advisor, unblocker, and the person who keeps the whole search honest. Either way, Venter is the constant.
